Return and Exchange Conditions
1. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

2. Returns cannot exceed 60 days from the date of receipt of the original order.

3. All items must be returned as is, with no scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.

4. When returning or exchanging goods, the customer must use the shipping method with tracking function. Returns or exchanges that are not tracked will not be processed.

5. When returned, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned item. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Note: Please do not send returns to the address on the package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Non-refundable items
1. The final sale item is not eligible for refund, exchange or resizing.

2. "Design your own" items, stone color, metal and chain length, etc. selected according to your personal preference are not refundable.

3. Special order items such as custom sizes and colors are non-refundable.

4. Items without jewelry tags or that have been worn, damaged or altered will not be returned and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

5. Items that are worn or sent to you as a replacement/exchange are not refundable.

Cancellation & Changes

We begin production of your personalized item immediately after your order is processed. As each product is uniquely created for you, we offer the following cancellation and modification options:

Cancellation Time Frame for Personalized Orders:

  • You may cancel your personalized order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our customer care team. 
  • Please note: Cancellations after the 2-hour window will incur a 30% material and processing fee due to production costs already incurred.

Order Changes:

  • If you need to make changes to your order before it ships, there’s no need to cancel it. Within 24 hours of placing it, simply reach out to our customer service team, and we will assist in modifying your order to match your preferences.

Cancellation for Non-Customized Products:

  • Non-customized products can be canceled within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Please note: After 24 hours, will incur a 30% material and processing fee due to production costs already incurred.
