Return and Exchange Conditions
1. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

2. Returns cannot exceed 60 days from the date of receipt of the original order.

3. All items must be returned as is, with no scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.

4. When returning or exchanging goods, the customer must use the shipping method with tracking function. Returns or exchanges that are not tracked will not be processed.

5. When returned, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned item. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Note: Please do not send returns to the address on the package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Non-refundable items
1. The final sale item is not eligible for refund, exchange or resizing.

2. "Design your own" items, stone color, metal and chain length, etc. selected according to your personal preference are not refundable.

3. Special order items such as custom sizes and colors are non-refundable.

4. Items without jewelry tags or that have been worn, damaged or altered will not be returned and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

5. Items that are worn or sent to you as a replacement/exchange are not refundable.

Cancellation & Changes

Production of your personalized item will begin immediately after we have processed your order.

• What is the cancellation time frame?

Since each item is uniquely made for our customers and we start production straight away, please let us know up to 2 hours after placing your order that you want to cancel it. Please be advised that after 2 hours, we are able to offer either exchange or store credit. To cancel your order, please contact our customer care team here.

• How can I make a change in my order?

We all change our minds, if you wish to change something in your order before it has shipped, please contact us and we will gladly make the desired change. There is no need to cancel your order and place a new one.
